At Estrellitas, each set is individually handcrafted with care, artistry, and precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. To ensure the best fit, we provide a complimentary sizing kit with every first-time subscription order and allow customers to update their saved sizes at any time through their account. We encourage all customers to double-check their sizing information before placing an order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at estrellitas@gmail.com within three days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Custom designs are created based on your submitted preferences and, once confirmed and produced, cannot be changed or refunded.
